Abstract: ABSTRACT WEARABLE HEADBAND WITH CUSTOMIZABLE SENSOR MOUNTING FOR BIO-SIGNAL MONITORING The present disclosure relates to a wearable headband (100) for customizable, non5 invasive monitoring of neurological and physiological signals. The headband (100) includes a frontal interface unit (101), lateral support units (102), and a rear buckle unit (103) coupled to an elastomeric textile strap (301) for adjustable tensioning to fit different head sizes. An inner and outer textile layer are affixed at perimeter edges to define a cavity housing a neural sensing unit (200) comprising a semi-rigid 10 polymer support structure (203) and snap-fit sockets (202L, 202R) aligned with perforations (104) in the inner textile layer to allow direct or proximal skin contact. The customizable configuration supports varied sensor types, arrangements, and replacements, enabling operation in wired, wireless, or hybrid modes. The breathable textile construction promotes airflow, sweat evaporation, and comfort 15 during prolonged skin contact, while the outer layer conceals internal components, providing protection and enhancing user acceptability for clinical, research, and wellness applications
