Abstract: The present invention discloses a system for non-destructive multi-modal fruit quality assessment and adaptive real-time feedback using a wearable glove sensor assembly (001). The wearable 5 glove sensor assembly (001) comprises a near-infrared spectrometer (001a), a dielectric sensing unit (001b), an acoustic sensing unit (001c), a volatile organic compound sensing unit (OOld), and a contact-pressure sensing unit (00 le) configured to generate reflected spectral data, impedance data, acoustic response data, VOC concentration data, and contact-pressure data corresponding to internal fruit quality characteristics. A local processing unit (002) normalizes and synchronizes the 10 sensing data and extracts multi-modal feature vectors for transmission through a wireless communication module (003). A central processing unit (004) executes an adaptive sensor fusion engine (005) configured to dynamically assign sensor-weight values based on fruit type and environmental conditions to generate predicted internal fruit quality metrics. A fruit classification module (112) selects fruit-specific prediction models, while a digital augmented feedback display 15 (006) provides real-time visual feedback indicating sweetness, ripeness, and internal defect regions of the fruit.
