The wearable electro-therapeutic apparatus (100) can include at least two skin-contact electrodes (120a, 120b) supported by a wearable body (110) to be worn by a user; a stimulation circuit module (130); a control unit (140) coupled with the wearable body (110) and the stimulation circuit module (130), to: select, a therapy mode including a pain-relief mode, a muscle-stimulation mode, or a combined mode for the user; set, based on the selected therapy mode, one or more stimulation parameters; generate, therapeutic electrical pulses at the at least portion of the body of the user; regulate, the therapeutic electrical pulses for a therapy session for a pre-set time period to provide pain management and muscle recovery; and record and transmit the therapy session data to the external user device (100’).
