MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611087122 A) filed by Noida Institute Of Engineering And Technology Niet on July 16, 2026, for Wearable Eeg System With Embedded Neural Field Processor For Real-Time Spatial Signal Synthesis.

Inventors include Dr. Prachi Tripathi; and Dr. Anupam Kumar Yadav.

The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: A wearable electroencephalography system (100) for real-time synthesis of spatially dense brain signals from sparse electrode observations. The system comprises a sparse dry electrode array module (110) on a flexible headband, an analog signal conditioning unit (120), an electrode state assessment module (130) continuously monitoring contact quality and dynamically selecting reliable support channels, an embedded neural field synthesis engine (140) encoding observed signals and spatial coordinates into a latent condition vector and reconstructing target signals at arbitrary scalp coordinates through a continuous field query decoder (148), a real-time inference accelerator (150) with fixed-point quantized computation, an output reconstruction module (160) with temporal coherence enforcement, and a wireless communication interface (170). The system enables high-density equivalent EEG monitoring including signal synthesis at electrode positions where no physical sensor exists, operating entirely on embedded hardware.
