Abstract: A wearable device for post-C-section recovery and posture correction, comprises of a wearable body 101 to be worn around abdominal and lumbosacral regions, an adaptive compression arrangement including SMA elements 102 embedded as wire networks to provide adjustable compression of the body 101, a plurality of pneumatic linkages 103 to apply controlled forward pressure on the abdominal region, a sensor array operatively coupled with a microcontroller for monitoring posture, muscle activity, applied force, temperature, stretching force, and body 101 contours, a plurality of thermoelectric films 104 for providing localized heating or cooling therapy, a plurality of lead screws 201 with cushioned pads 202 for hip flexor correction, a spinal health monitoring unit for detecting curvature, tissue condition, and vibrations, a plurality of vibration units 105 for muscle relaxation, and a communication module for transmitting operational data to a computing unit with a user-interface for monitoring and control.
