Abstract: ABSTRACT WEARABLE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ADAPTIVE SUICIDE-RISK STRATIFICATION AND CONTROLLED SAFETY-RESPONSE GENERATION The present invention relates to a wearable device (102) and method for adaptive suicide-risk stratification and controlled safety-response generation. The wearable device (102) includes a processor (202), memory (204), transceiver (206), input/output unit (208), sensing units (210), artificial-intelligence risk stratification unit (212), and controlled safety- response unit (214). The sensing units (210) acquire physiological and behavioural indicators including pulse rate, heart rate, heart- rate variability, skin conductance, activity state, response delay, voice tone, and non-response pattern, while the input/output unit (208) receives user inputs. The processor (202) generates an emotional-risk vector and the artificial-intelligence risk stratification unit (212) determines a consolidated suicide-risk state using multi-agent analysis and risk-transition detection. The controlled safety- response unit (214) generates adaptive prompts, loved-contact media, safety-filtered reassurance, and consent-controlled escalation through a trusted-contact registry (112).
