Abstract: The titled invention discloses a helmet-integrated wearable defence system for realtime physiological monitoring, secure wireless communication, and automated emergency alert generation in remote or signal-denied environments. The embedded microcontroller unit (1) acquires physiological and motion-related data from the pulse oximeter and heart-rate sensing module (2), the digital temperature sensing module ,(3) and the inertial measurement unit (4), processes the acquired data locally, and transmits encrypted information through the LoRa-based wireless transceiver module (6) using a mesh networking architecture. The MEMS microphone module (5) and speaker unit (7) enable secure low-bandwidth tactical audio communication between wearable units. An offline command dashboard, identified as RAKSHAK, receives data through a receiver gateway and provides real-time visualization of physiological parameters, device status, mesh connectivity, and emergency notifications for multiple wearable nodes. The rechargeable portable battery module (8) supplies power to all system components for continuous field operation. The system operates independently of GPS, cellular, internet, or satellite infrastructure, thereby enabling reliable communication and health monitoring in remote and contested environments. The invention provides an integrated, scalable, and portable platform that improves personnel safety, operational awareness, and emergency response coordination for defence, disaster-response, and other mission-critical applications.
