Abstract: A wearable cardiac emergency monitoring and response system, comprising a chest monitoring band 101 to be worn around a user’s chest, a monitoring unit acquires cardiac electrical activity, acquires pulse-related data, and detects chest movement and physiological activity, a wrist monitoring band 105 to receive, fuse, and process physiological data acquired thereon, a sensing suite determines physiological parameters, an artificial intelligence based signal filtering module identifies motion artefacts, environmental noise, and signal interference in sensor outputs and adapts filtering parameters in real time, an explainable artificial intelligence event classification module identifies a physiological event state, a user interaction module 109 receives a user confirmation input indicative of user well-being following detection of physiological event state, a wireless communication module securely transmits sensor data, event data, explanation output, and location data remote computing unit, and a medication dispensing module to administer a stored medication under control of the processing unit.
