The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.
Abstract: Today, increasing academic pressure, work demands, and lifestyle changes have led to a rise in stress and fatigue among individuals. Continuous monitoring of these conditions is essential for maintaining physical and mental well-being, yet most existing solutions are either limited to fitness tracking or require clinical environments. The main objective of this project is to develop a compact and low-cost wearable biosensor capable of continuously monitoring stress and fatigue levels in real time. The system uses an ESP32 microcontroller as the central processing unit and a Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) sensor to measure variations in skin conductivity associated with stress. A rechargeable Li-Po battery with a TP4056 charging module powers the device, ensuring portability and safe operation. The collected physiological data is processed in real time to estimate stress and fatigue levels, which are displayed on an onboard screen. When predefined thresholds are exceeded, a vibration alert mechanism notifies the user instantly. The wearable design ensures comfort, ease of use, and continuous monitoring during daily activities. By integrating biosensing technology with embedded systems, the device provides a practical and affordable solution for real-time stress and fatigue monitoring. This system can be effectively used by students, professionals, and healthcare users to improve awareness and support preventive health management.
