MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611090607 A) filed by Live Right Fit LLP; Shailendra Pathak; and Mansi Behl on July 24, 2026, for Wearable Bioelectronic Neuromodulation System.

Inventors include Shailendra Pathak; and Mansi Behl.

The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: A wearable closed-loop bioelectronic neuromodulation system (100) for providing personalized digital therapeutics comprises a flexible wearable patch assembly (101) incorporating a multimodal physiological sensing module (110) that acquires physiological information representative of autonomic activity. A physiological state construction module (120) generates a multidimensional physiological-state vector from the acquired information, which is maintained as a persistent physiological- state model in a physiological state repository (121). A digital therapeutic design module (122) generates complete electrical stimulation waveform structures directly from the maintained physiological-state model without selecting predetermined stimulation parameter sets from a predefined library. A closed-loop waveform assurance subsystem comprising a waveform assurance module (123) and a waveform reconstruction module (124) validates and reconstructs waveform structures prior to delivery. A therapeutic knowledge repository (125) and a therapeutic evolution module (126) refine subsequent therapeutic designs using accumulated therapeutic knowledge and physiological feedback. A neuromodulation controller (128) permanently organizes the modules into an integrated physiological-state-driven controller architecture implemented on hardware processing circuitry and memory.
