Abstract: Stress-related disorders are increasingly associated with prolonged exposure to stress, creating a need for continuous and objective monitoring. This invention discloses a wearable biosensor system designed to continuously monitor stress hormone levels, particularly cortisol, from accessible body fluids such as sweat. The system integrates a flexible sensing electrode, hormone-sensitive biochemical recognition layer, signal-conditioning circuit, microcontroller, and wireless communication module in a compact wearable platform. The biosensor detects changes in cortisol concentration and converts them into measurable electrical signals. Real-time data are processed and transmitted to a smartphone or cloud-based application for visualization, trend analysis, and stress assessment. The system can provide timely alerts when hormone levels indicate elevated stress, supporting preventive intervention and remote health monitoring. This invention offers a non-invasive, portable, continuous, and cost-effective approach to personalized stress monitoring. Total Number of Words in Abstract: 130
