Inventors include Laibha H; Mohit R; Naresh Kumar S; S. Saranya; and K. S. Thivya.

The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: A wearable apparatus (100) for lower-limb cooling, vibration and physiological monitoring includes a flexible cuff assembly (102), reusable phase-change-material gel packs (122), vibration motors (128), a temperature sensing arrangement (132), a force sensing arrangement (134), an embedded control unit (136), a local display module (140), and a wireless communication subsystem (138). The gel packs (122) provide passive localized cooling at posterior calf and popliteal-fossa regions. The vibration motors (128) are distributed on opposing sides of the cuff assembly (102) to provide rhythmic mechanical stimulation. The control unit (136) records baseline temperature and force values, compares subsequent sensor values with the baseline values, controls timed vibration operation, supervises a therapy duration and temperature boundary, and transmits sensor and therapy-status data to a remote monitoring platform (156). A separation arrangement (116) spatially separates gel-pack receiving portions (124) from electronic-module mounting regions.
