MUMBAI, India, June 30 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202617059697 A) filed by Instant Sport, S. L. on May 11, 2026, for Wave Generator System By Means Of Sequential Modules.

Inventor includes Odriozola Sagastume, Jos Manuel.

The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.

Abstract: Wave generator system (1) by means of a plurality of sequential modules (19) arranged in adjacent locations delimited by intermediate structures (10). Each sequential module (19) comprises a movable element capable of causing disturbances for the formation of waves W in a front water zone (2a) of the mass of water (2). Each movable element is provided with a widened portion (21;61;71;81) which is located ahead of a lower part of the intermediate structures (10). The configuration of sequential modules (19) and intermediate structures (10) thus obtained helps to prevent the generated wave W from being affected by turbulence, usually present at the exit of the divisional walls, as the intermediate structures (10) of the invention are located further back. The system allows the generation of a variety of wave types with different travelling directions at a reduced energy cost.
