Abstract: WATER-IN-OIL NANOEMULSION, METHOD OF PREPARATION AND FORMULATION THEREOF The present disclosure provides a water-in-oil nanoemulsion comprising niacinamide. The water-in-oil nanoemulsion comprises an oil phase and an aqueous phase. The oil phase comprises emollient, emulsifier, and co-emulsifier and the aqueous phase comprises water and niacinamide. The water-in-oil nanoemulsion provides enhanced skin penetration, stability, and efficacy of niacinamide in topical applications.
