Abstract: A water flow controlling device, comprises of a platform 101 positioned in a waterbody, a user-interface to enable user to provide input command to secure platform 101 in bed of waterbody, plurality of telescopically operated links 102 to secure platform 101 in waterbody, a plate 103 serves as a barrier against water flow to control water flow, a tactile sensor to detect hardness of soil of bed to penetrate pins 102 with an optimum force for securing platform 101, a level sensor to detect water level in waterbody, a motorized drawer arrangement 104 to extend vertically, to prevent escaping of water, plurality of pressure sensors to monitor water pressure applied on constructed barrier, plurality of iris lids 105 to discard water through a turbine 106 connected to lids 105 for generating electricity and stored in a battery and a SONAR to detect presence of aquatic animals.
