Abstract: A water dispensing device, comprises of a pair of inverted U-shaped rods 101, having a pair of semi-cylindrical flaps 102 for holding a water bottle on flaps 102, a sliding units 103 allowing adjustment of distance between flaps 102 for accommodating bottles of different lengths, multiple hinges for enabling adjustment of flaps 102 as per diameter of bottle, cylindrical member 104 having threads for mating with opening of bottle in leak-proof manner, microphone 110 receives audio command from user regarding dispensing water, iris lid 105 for enabling an adjustment of flow rate of water from bottle, touch-enabled display 111 provides touch input regarding holding bottle, an imaging unit 106 determines container positioned underneath bottle opening and dimensions of container, Peltier unit maintaining temperature of water within predetermined temperature range, filter for filtering water being dispensed and multiple UV emitters 109 emits ultraviolet light on water for eliminating microbes in water.
