Abstract: A water collection and filtration system for urban environments, comprises a housing 101 having an intake conduit network 102 arranged with the housing 101 and fluidly coupled to an external pipe 103 via an integrated suction pump 104 to initiate and regulate controlled water intake, a sensor array positioned along the intake conduit network 102 for detecting physical, chemical, biological, and industrial contaminants in the intake water, a filtration assembly 105, comprising a coarse filtration stage 105a to remove debris and large particulates, an inline static screening module 105b to separate fine particulates and a dual activated carbon filtration module 105c having two parallel carbon channels 109 for alternating operation, a storage tank 111 fluidly connected to the filtration assembly 105 for collecting the filtered water, and an additive infusing unit 112 installed in the storage tank 111 to selectively release and dose conditioning agents for water treatment.
