Abstract: A water agitating device, comprises of a pair of floatable bodies 101 configured to be disposed on a water surface and arranged oppositely to each other, an input means operatively linked with a microcontroller enabling a user to provide input commands for initiating water surface agitation and aeration operation, a plurality of motorized rollers 104 coiled with flexible cables 105 arranged on the first body 106 each rollers 104 configured to uncoil and coil the cable to agitate water aerate and disrupt algae on the water surface while preventing ice formation, a plurality of engaging units arranged on the second body 110 wherein at least one engaging unit engages the uncoiled cables of the rollers 104 to guide tension or manipulate the cables during operation, thereby ensuring uniform agitation aeration and algae disruption across the water body in an efficient and controlled manner.
