MUMBAI, India, June 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514116430 A) filed by Iwata, Yoshifumi on November 24, 2025, for Wastewater Distillation System And Blower For Wastewater Distillation System.
Inventor includes Iwata, Yoshifumi.
The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: To provide a wastewater distillation system and a blower for a wastewater distillation system that prevent problems which happen in a wastewater distillation system using an evaporation tank, when vapor is extracted from the evaporation tank and concentrated, and then some of it is purified using a filter, etc. for reuse as purified water, the pressure in the pipe connecting the evaporation tank to the blower fluctuates, and the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the pipe causes the vapor to leak from the pipe through the gap between the rotor chamber and bearing of the blower, causing vapor to contaminate the bearing seal or degrade the grease or lubricating oil. [Solution] A wastewater distillation system and a blower for a wastewater distillation system comprise: a circulation pump; an evaporation tank; a blower; a heat exchanger; a wastewater circulation line; and a vapor discharge line; characterized in that wastewater to be treated is supplied to the wastewater recirculation line; the circulation pump is provided in the wastewater circulation line and circulates wastewater concentrated in the evaporation tank to return it to the evaporation tank through the wastewater circulation line; the blower is provided in the vapor discharge line and sends the vapor generated in the evaporation tank to the heat exchanger through the vapor discharge line; the evaporation tank, connected to the wastewater circulation line and the vapor discharge line, concentrates the wastewater and generates vapor; the heat exchanger heats the wastewater in the wastewater circulation line using heat of the vapor in the vapor discharge line; and the blower is provided with an air supply means that supplies air into the blower from the outside to equalize the pressure between the outside and inside of the blower.
