Abstract: A waste collection assistive device comprising, an cylindrical hollow member 101 having proximal and distal opening 103, a handle 104 is attached with the member 101 that is gripped by a user to position the distal opening 103 over a surface from which waste is to be collected, an imaging unit 105 installed over the member 101 and synced with a proximity sensor for capturing and processing images of the surface, an motorized drawer arrangement 106 integrated in member 101 to provide extension to the member 101 to position the distal opening 103 near detected waste, a vacuum unit 201 to create a negative pressure to withdraw the waste from the surface and collect in a chamber 203.
