Abstract: Abstract Early mobilization after neurosurgery is critical for promoting neuroplasticity, preventing complications, and enhancing functional outcomes in patients with neurological impairments. yet non-cooperative individuals are often unable to safely participate due to involuntary hand movements, spasticity, or aggression. This invention presents a novel integration of walker holding splint during walker-based mobilization to enhance stability, safety, and therapeutic engagement in these challenging cases. The splint is anatomically contoured to maintain the wrist in a neutral, functional position for secure walker grip and can be manually adjusted and locked by a clinician or caregiver using Velcro straps and rigid stays. The rigid support minimizes muscle tone fluctuations and involuntary movements, thereby preventing grip loss and sudden load transmission during walker use.
