Abstract: A waist exercise assistive device, comprises of a ring-shaped frame 101 developed to be positioned by a user over waist portion, an ultrasonic sensor integrated in the frame 101 to detect dimension of the waist, a motorized drawer arrangement 103 integrated in the frame 101 to expand/contract in accordance to the determined dimension in a manner that the waist gets enclosed in the frame 101 , pair of cushioned pads 104 attached at inner side of the frame 101 by means of an extendable link 105 to extend inwards to position the pads 104 in contact with the waist for securing the frame 101 over waist tightly, and a weighed block 106 attached with the frame 101 by means of an extendable rod 107 having a motorized slider 108 to provide circular movement to the block 106 around the waist in order to allow the user to perform exercise.
