Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a real-time multi-channel artificial intelligence based customer interaction and lead qualification system (100) comprising a multi-channel communication gateway (102), streaming speech and language engine (104), conversation state and agent orchestrator (106), adaptive questioning module (108), incremental lead scoring engine (110), latency and fallback controller (112), session state store and event journal (114), fault-tolerant CRM transaction manager (116), human handoff and escalation gateway (118), and analytics and administration dashboard (120). The gateway (102) supports voice, chat and SMS interactions, while the engine (104) determines language, intent, entities and confidence. The orchestrator (106) maintains persistent session context and coordinates adaptive questioning and incremental qualification. The controller (112) enables context-preserving model or channel switching under latency or service conditions. The CRM transaction manager (116) performs transaction-controlled synchronization using acknowledgement, retry and duplicate suppression mechanisms. The system thereby provides context continuity, reduced conversational latency, reliable CRM synchronization, recovery from temporary service failure and auditable operation.
