Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a computer-implemented voice service assistant system for multi-channel query fusion, deduplication and domain-aware service routing. The system comprises a multi-channel input gateway (100), speech/transcript normalizer (102), AI summary and domain classifier (104), canonical query fingerprint engine (106), deduplication decision layer (108), canonical service state store (110), domain routing and priority controller (112), role-based propagation engine (114), telephony call-agent connector (116), cache/retry and synchronization layer (118), and audit and observability module (120). The system receives text, web-voice and telephonic requests, normalizes the requests, generates AI-derived service information, creates a canonical query fingerprint and retrieves candidate records for duplicate/recurrence validation. An equivalent interaction is linked to an existing canonical record, whereas a new interaction generates a new canonical record. The canonical state is subsequently routed and synchronized with role-based service interfaces. The arrangement reduces redundant database writes and dashboard duplication while improving cross-channel consistency, routing efficiency, synchronization reliability and auditability.
