Abstract: ABSTRACT VOICE-ENABLED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR STRUCTURED DENTAL ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD GENERATION A voice-enabled electronic health record system for dental care (100) and method (200) for generating a structured dental electronic health record are disclosed. The system (100) includes a user input unit (102) configured to receive patient-related clinical information through voice input and manual form entry, a speech processing unit (104) configured to convert voice input into textual clinical data, and a clinical data structuring unit (106) configured to associate the textual clinical data with predefined dental clinical record fields to generate a structured patient record. A validation unit (108) identifies incomplete mandatory dental clinical record fields according to workflow-dependent clinical requirements and generates completion prompts. A rule-based evaluation unit (110) applies configurable dental workflow evaluation rules to generate a dental risk indicator. An output management unit (112) displays, stores, and synchronizes the structured patient record and the dental risk indicator with a remote storage repository (116). FIG. 1 will be the reference figure.
