Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION Accessing information efficiently can be challenging due to reliance on manual typing, keyword-based search, and scattered data sources, making it difficult for users to obtain accurate and relevant results quickly. To overcome these limitations, this project introduces a Voice Enabled Retrieval Intelligence System designed to simplify information access through intelligent voice-based interaction. The system processes user queries through speech input, converts them into text using advanced speech recognition models, and performs semantic understanding using Natural Language Processing techniques. Sentence Transformers are used to generate em beddings, while F AISS enables fast and efficient vector-based retrieval of relevant information from the knowledge base. The retrieved data is then passed to a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) model, enabling context-aware understanding and generation of accurate, conversational responses. The system delivers outputs in both text and voice formats, ensuring improved accessibility and user experience. Developed using Streamlit and modem AI technologies, the system provides scalable, real-time assistance, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and ease of information retrieval.
