Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a voice-controlled robotic arm system (100) for hands-free robotic operation. The system (100) comprises a voice application (101), a Bluetooth communication interface (102), an ESP32 microcontroller (103), a plurality of servo motors (104), a robotic arm assembly (105), and a power supply unit (106). The voice application (101) captures voice commands through a smartphone microphone and transmits corresponding control commands through the Bluetooth communication interface (102) to the ESP32 microcontroller (103). The ESP32 microcontroller (103) validates the received input, performs frequency band analysis, identifies a corresponding command, and generates synchronized PWM signals for controlling the servo motors (104). The servo motors (104) operate respective joints of the robotic arm assembly (105) to perform movements including gripping, lifting, lowering, and wrist rotation. The system (100) continuously executes a listening-validation-command execution loop, thereby enabling hands-free robotic arm operation without requiring physical switches or joysticks.
