Abstract: ABSTRACT In response to the increasing demand for accessible and ergonomically optimized furniture, particularly in workspaces and assisted living environments, this project introduces an innovative Voice-Controlled Height Adjustable Table. This product is designed to offer hands-free, motorized height adjustment using voice recognition technology, enhancing user comfort, accessibility, and productivity. Built primarily from durable wood and integrated with a ball-bearing slide mechanism and stepper motors, the table enables smooth vertical movement. Users can adjust the height simply by giving voice commands, without physical contact or manual input. The system is controlled via a microcontroller that processes voice input and activates the motors accordingly. This smart table is especially beneficial for users with mobility limitations and is ideal for use in homes, offices, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers. The product ensures convenience, safety, and modem automation, addressing ergonomic challenges while promoting inclusive design. It reflects the evolving intersection of technology and furniture to create smarter, user-friendly environments
