Abstract: ABSTRACT VOICE-CONTROLLED EMAIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE DASHBOARDS A method (100) for voice-controlled email composition and transmission within a vehicle-integrated email management system comprises detecting a predefined wake phrase to activate the system (102), capturing driver speech and converting captured audio to text (104), capturing a recipient name (106), and verifying whether the recipient is confirmed (108). Upon confirmation of the recipient, the method comprises capturing a subject line and an email body via voice input (110), formatting captured content into a professional email structure and reading back the formatted email to a driver (112), and verifying whether send confirmation has been received from the driver (114). Upon receiving send confirmation, the method comprises evaluating whether driving conditions, including vehicle speed and driver engagement parameters, are safe for transmission (116). Upon determining that driving conditions are safe, the method comprises transmitting the email securely via an integrated SMTP module (118).
