Abstract: ABSTRACT VOICE BASED EMAIL FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED The present invention discloses the system to generate entire emails depending on the user- provided subject is one of its primary features. The system creates pertinent content by comprehending the context, allowing for rapid and effective email production. This saves time and lessens frustration. User may easily handle their communications with the system’s text-to-speech module, which reads incoming emails aloud. Users can also use their voice to compose new emails or respond to existing ones thanks to the speech-to-text feature. A voice authentication system confirms the user’s identification before allowing access to their email account in order to improve security. Because of the user interface’s adaptability, users can change the speech settings, reading speeds, and available languages. To keep users informed, an integrated notification system uses aural cues to notify them of new messages and reminders. Additionally, the system has an automated email sorting feature that helps users effectively manage their inbox by grouping incoming emails according to sender or subject. Users can create and send emails offline without an internet connection.
