Abstract: [040] The present invention relates to a voice-activated customer engagement and feedback collection system configured to collect spoken customer feedback through a customer-facing voice terminal. The system comprises an audio input module, speech processing module, adaptive dialogue control module, feedback classification module, customer consent management module, secure communication module, and administrative dashboard. The system receives spoken customer inputs, converts the spoken inputs into text data, determines feedback intent, identifies sentiment and service category, generates adaptive follow-up prompts, verifies consent for personal information storage, and produces structured feedback records. The system may classify feedback into categories such as complaint, suggestion, appreciation, service delay, staff behaviour, billing issue, product issue, or urgent concern. The system may further assign a priority level and generate an escalation ticket for authorized review. The invention enables contactless, accessible, real-time, and structured feedback collection without requiring paper forms, touchscreens, or mobile applications. Accompanied Drawing [FIGS. 1-2]
