Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A computer-implemented system and method for preventive child wellness monitoring is disclosed. A wearable sensor module comprising a pulse-oximetry sensor, an infrared temperature sensor and an inertial measurement unit acquires physiological and activity data of a child, which a microcontroller transmits to a processing environment. The data is preprocessed and physiological, activity and contextual features are extracted. A machine learning module comprising an Isolation Forest model for anomaly detection, a Random Forest model for classification and an LSTM model for temporal analysis generates outputs that a risk assessment module combines to determine a wellness risk category. Caregiver notifications and a dashboard present the results, and a virtual mentor module generates personalized preventive wellness guidance. The system supports caregiver supervision and does not replace medical diagnosis.
