Abstract: Vision-Based Exercise Monitoring System with Predictive Motion Analysis and Skeletal Movement Replay The present invention relates to a vision-based exercise monitoring system for analysing human body movements during physical exercises in real time. The system captures video frames of a user performing exercises and processes the captured frames using a pose estimation engine to detect skeletal body landmarks. Joint angle values associated with body movements are calculated and sequentially stored for temporal movement analysis. The system analyses variations in the stored joint movement data to identify movement instability, skeletal drift, fatigue progression, and posture degradation during exercise execution. Based on the analysed movement behaviour, the system predicts future posture conditions and generates corrective feedback for improving exercise performance. The invention further generates a corrected skeletal movement replay for visually guiding the user during workouts. Additionally, the system provides workout analytics including repetition count, form evaluation, range-of-motion analysis, and exercise performance information for personalized exercise improvement.
