Abstract: The current invention is associated with a Virtual Reality based, Artificial Intelligence driven, communication training tool called VirtuSpeak that is aimed at developing better communication skills, confidence in public speaking, and interview performance with the help of an immersive, adaptive, and feedback-based learning experience. In modern academic and professional life, many people who have good conceptual knowledge and subject mastery cannot articulate their thoughts and demonstrate the skills of social effective speaking because of their stage fright, social anxiety, lack of confidence, and inability to experience real life speaking experience which conventional training programs like classroom presentations, mock job interview, and theoretical coaching do not effectively and efficiently tackle. VirtuSpeak addresses these issues by giving its users a chance to practice the exercises of structured communication in highly realistic, virtual settings like interview rooms, seminars, conference rooms, and auditoriums with the aid of Virtual Reality headsets and AI controlled avatars that behave like a real human audience and respond to the interviewer. According to this complex multimodal analysis, the platform creates individual, practical, and data-driven feedback, which points out the strengths, areas of focus, and suggests specific corrective actions. Moreover, the training setting actively evolves in response to the performance of the user during repeated training sessions through altering the reactions of the audience, difficulty of questions, intensity of scenarios, interaction patterns, thus, guaranteeing gradual skill acquisition and long-term involvement. VirtuSpeak platform can be expanded and utilized at the educational level, as well as the corporate training and in the context of personal development, and it is the most cost-efficient, consistent, and technologically, which is expected to address the modern challenges of communication and allow monitoring the long-term performance and personal development, respectively. The system also facilitates self-paced learning where the user can repeat the training sessions as many times as possible and this enhances confidence as they are able to practice continuously.
