Abstract: ABSTRACT VeriProv Al is a novel multi-agent system specifically designed to address the problem of incorrect and outdated information within healthcare provider directories, including inaccurate phone numbers, addresses, medical specialties, and real-time availability. In traditional systems, data validation is performed either manually or using basic computer programs; however, such systems lack sufficient efficiency to handle the enormous volume of incomplete, incorrect, and constantly changing information characteristic of the healthcare industry. VeriProv Al employs , the novel paradigm of Agentic Al and allows multiple agents to work together within a defined workflow using LangGraph. The framework was evaluated using 700+ real US NPI providers along with synthetic Indian provider datasets; Experimental results demonstrate an automation rate of 88%, with validation time reduced from 6-8 hours per provider to approximately 3.2 minutes. The system effectively detects duplicate records, fraudulent patterns, and credential inconsistencies, while maintaining full evidence traceability of every validated profile. The system integrates rule-based validation techniques, intelligent decision-making methods, and external data sources such as government healthcare databases and mapping services to verify and enhance provider information. It performs real-time validation along with periodic synchronization every 24 hours to detect updates in provider status, affiliations, and locations. Preliminary results indicate significant improvements in data accuracy, reduction in manual verification effort, and effective detection of duplicate and anomalous records.
