Abstract: Provided is a vehicle spare tire mounting structure that allows the position of a spare tire in the front-rear direction with respect to the vehicle and the position thereof in the vehicle width direction to be easily adjusted when mounting the spare tire below a rear floor. A vehicle spare tire mounting structure 100 includes: a cover 130 for containing a spare tire of a vehicle; and a frame 110 disposed below a rear floor of the vehicle and configured to be lowered toward ground with a front end of the frame serving as a rotation axis to allow the cover 130 to be mounted on the frame 110, the cover 130 having a positioning portion 132 having a shape that follows a shape of a rear end 118a of the frame 110 in a plan view and configured to position the cover 130 relative to the frame 110 by coming into contact with the rear end 118a of the frame 110 when the cover 130 approaches the frame 110 from the rear.
