Abstract: VEHICLE SECURITY SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF The present disclosure provides a vehicle security system and a method thereof. The system (100) and method (200) include a vehicle (102), a control unit (104), an alert unit (110) and a server(112). The control unit(104) is configured to monitor a real-time location of the vehicle(102) by using a communication unit(108), notify a vehicle administrator when the vehicle(102) is approaching or crossing a predefined virtual geographic boundary, activate a first mode upon crossing the predefined virtual geographic boundary, monitor the vehicle's speed, activate a second mode for a set period of time, al mobilization of the vehicle(102) by an authorized user intervention, and conduct a periodic check of the real-time location of the vehicle(102) to either activate the first mode again if the vehicle(102) is still out of the predefined virtual geographic boundary or al the normal operation of the vehicle(102) if the vehicle(102) reaches within the predefined virtual geographic boundary.
