Abstract: The present disclosure provides a vehicle safety system and a method thereof. The system100 and method300 include a vehicle102, a control unit104, a communication unit108, and one or more switching means110 to perform many tasks. The CU104 is configured to verify a plurality of authentication parameters by comparing it with a prestored plurality of authentication parameters to either, allow a vehicle102 to perform normal operation, or, activate at least one mode when any one or combination of a second authentication parameter and a fourth authentication parameter are not verified. Further, the CU104 monitors a plurality of vehicle parameters in a real time. The CU104 detects one or more predefined fault events based on the monitored plurality of vehicle parameters, and activates the at least one mode, upon detection of the one or more predefined fault events in the vehicle102 to limit a plurality of vehicle functions.
