Abstract: Provided is a vehicle rear structure capable of protecting a small battery from the impact of a rear-end collision or the like. A vehicle rear structure 100 includes: a main battery frame 122 holding a main battery 120; frame fixing portions 134a to 134e provided in the main 10 battery frame 122 and fixed to the rear floor 102; an auxiliary device battery tray 126 holding an auxiliary device battery 124; and tray fixing portions 132a to 132c provided in the auxiliary device battery tray 126 and fixed to the rear floor 102. The frame fixing portions 134a to 15 134e are fixed to the rear floor 102 in areas on upper sides of the rear side members 106 and 108 or an area therebetween. The tray fixing portions 132a and 132c are fixed to the rear floor 102 in the areas on the upper sides of the rear side members 106 and 108 or the area 20 therebetween, and forward of a rear end of the main battery frame 122.
