Abstract: [Problem to be Solved] To provide a structure which makes it possible to easily mount a sensor on a vehicle body on a vehicle inner side of a corner portion of a bumper in a vehicle rear part without changing appearance around the corner portion. [Solution] A vehicle rear structure 100 includes a connecting panel 7 including a connecting panel portion 71 that connects a lower portion 1b1 of a vehicle width directional outer portion 1b of a back panel 1 and a lower portion 2a1 of a rear portion 2a of a side body outer panel 2, the rear portion 2a of the side body outer panel 2 is located on an upper side of the vehicle with respect to a lower end 1d of the back panel 1 and is bent inward in the vehicle width direction, and the connecting panel 7 further includes a vehicle body corner contour line portion 71a that forms a part of an outer profile of a vehicle body 50, and branches off from an outer edge 1b2 of the vehicle width directional outer portion 1b of the back panel 1 and extends to converge on a lower edge 2a2 of the rear portion 2a of the side body outer panel 2, and a protruding panel portion 72 on which a sensor S is to be mounted, which protrudes from the vehicle body corner contour line portion 71a, and is located between a corner portion 3b and a rear wheel T.
