Abstract: An object is to provide a vehicle rear portion carpet structure with which a floor carpet can be formed in a shape conforming to the shape of a floor of a vehicle rear portion. A vehicle rear portion carpet structure 100 includes a rear floor panel 102, a rear wall member 104 connected to a rear end of the rear floor panel 102, and a floor carpet 106 that covers the rear floor panel 102 and the rear wall member 104. The rear wall member 104 includes: a wall surface 110 extending upward from the rear floor panel 102, and a bulging portion 108 formed on the upper side of the wall surface 110 and bulging toward the vehicle front side relative to the wall surface 110. The floor carpet 106 includes: a lower carpet 106b that covers the rear floor panel 102 and the wall surface 110; an upper carpet 106a that covers the bulging portion 108, and a plurality of upper-lower connection portions 112 in which predetermined portions of the upper carpet 106a are connected to the lower carpet 106a by fasteners 114.
