Abstract: Vehicle-Mounted Adaptive Tire Cooling and Predictive Monitoring System for Blowout Prevention This invention describes a vehicle-mounted adaptive tire cooling and predictive monitoring system configured to prevent blowouts under high thermal stress conditions. The system integrates thermal and pressure monitoring units with an AI-based predictive control module that evaluates real-time data to forecast blowout probability. Upon detection of imminent risk, a mist-based cooling mechanism selectively discharges atomized fluid to reduce tire temperature, while phase-change heat buffering media provide sustained stabilization during thermal surges. A self-sustaining replenishment subsystem autonomously captures air-conditioning condensate and atmospheric humidity to maintain the cooling reservoir. Following intervention, an infrared verification unit evaluates thermal uniformity and identifies recurrent hotspots, enabling predictive maintenance and early detection of structural anomalies. By combining active intervention, passive buffering, autonomous resource management, and diagnostic foresight, the system transforms conventional tire monitoring into a proactive, intelligent, and self-sustaining safety apparatus, particularly suited for long-haul freight, desert trucking, and high-speed racing applications.
