Abstract: A vehicle monitoring and emergency safety system, comprises an On-Board Diagnostics (OBD-II) adapter 101 to connect to a vehicle diagnostic port and retrieve real- time vehicle operational data, a plurality of sensors for identifying collision events and abnormal vehicle conditions, a vehicle health monitoring unit to analyze engine diagnostics, battery health, fuel or energy levels, and diagnostic trouble codes, an artificial intelligence (AI) processing unit to analyze sensor data, driving behavior, and contextual parameters to detect collisions, mechanical abnormalities, and unsafe driving patterns, a wireless communication module to transmit collected data to a user-interface inbuilt in a computing unit and/or cloud server, a display panel 103 to present real-time vehicle diagnostics, safety alerts, and driver guidance information, and an automated emergency response module to initiate an emergency communication protocol when a predefined impact threshold is exceeded and a driver fails to respond within a predetermined time interval.
