[Solution] A vehicle lower structure 100 includes: a floor panel 1 that includes a floor tunnel 10A and a panel body 10B; and above-floor cross members 3, the above-floor cross members 3 intersecting the floor tunnel 10A in a state in which the above-floor cross members 3 overlap the floor tunnel 10A from the vehicle upper side, the floor tunnel 10A including an upper wall 11, side walls 12 that include lower side wall portions 12A that are located below the above-floor cross members 3 and continuous side wall portions that are continuous with the lower side wall portions 12A, and projecting portions 13 that are formed by portions of the side walls 12 that include at least parts of the lower side wall portions 12A projecting outward in the vehicle width direction, the projecting portions 13 including lateral inclined surfaces 13a, lower portions of overlapping portions 3A of the above-floor cross members 3 being formed as recessed shape portions 31 that are recessed to the vehicle upper side, and the recessed shape portions 31 including joined inclined wall portions 31a that extend along the lateral inclined surfaces 13a and are joined to the lateral inclined surfaces 13a.
