Abstract: An object is to provide a vehicle harness holding structure capable of holding a harness in an emergency. A harness holding structure 100 according to the present invention includes: a power unit 102; a harness 106 laid out between a first electrical component 140 above the power unit 102 and a second electrical component 142 on the side of the power unit 102; and a bracket 104 attached to the power unit 102 and holding the harness 106. The bracket 104 has a coupling portion 110 coupled to a side portion of the power unit 102 on the second electrical component 142 side, and a holding portion 116 holding the harness 106 at a position higher than the power unit 102. A path of the bracket 104 when rotating back and forth about the coupling portion 110 as a rotation center does not overlap the harness 106. FIG. 4
