Abstract: [Problem to be Solved] To improve the workability when a battery is fixed. [Solution] A vehicle battery fixation structure 1 includes a battery tray 3, and a hook bolt 5 that extends in an up-down direction along a side surface 2a of a battery 2 on the battery tray 3 and connects a battery band 4 placed on the battery 2 and the battery tray 3. The battery tray 3 includes a locking part 33 that is disposed to face the side surface 2a and locks the hook section 51 of the hook bolt 5 inserted through the hook hole 331. The hook hole 331 includes a first hole section 3311 through which the hook section 51 is insertable, a second hole section 3312 that is provided at a position spaced from the first hole section 3311 in a second direction extending along the side surface 2a and intersecting the up-down direction, and has an opening dimension in the up-down direction less than an opening dimension in the up-down direction of the first hole section 3311, and a connecting hole section 3313 that brings the first hole section 3311 into communication with the second hole section 3312 in the second direction.
