Abstract: A vehicle authentication and safety management system, comprises a biometric authentication unit including an optical fingerprint sensor 101 and an RFID license reading sensor to verify driver identity and driving license validity prior to enabling vehicle ignition, an imaging unit 102 to capture facial imagery of the driver, an AI module integrated with an embedded microcontroller utilizes CNNs for facial landmark detection to monitor ocular patterns, head orientation, fatigue, distraction, and signs of intoxication in real time, a bell-crank arrangement coupled with each driving pedal 105 and configured to mechanically regulate vehicle speed and apply controlled braking and accelerator locking to prevent unsafe driving conditions, and a breath analyser unit incorporating a semiconductor sensor 103 configured to detect blood alcohol concentration and enable the microcontroller to lock the driving pedal 105 via the bell-crank arrangement upon exceeding a safe threshold limit.
