Abstract: A vegetable grilling device comprises a circular base 101 having four telescopic rods 102 for positioning of the base 101 on uneven surface, a cylindrical housing 103 positioned on the base 101 having a heating coil 104 for grilling of vegetables, a rectangular mesh plate 105 arranged in a grid disposed on the housing 103 for a grilling of vegetables, a storage chamber 106 provided adjacent to the plate 105 having rectangular tray 108 attached by a hinge for allowing vegetables to slide onto the plate 105, a rigid inverted U-shaped member 109 having multiple cuboidal boxes 110 with iris holes 201 for storing and dispensing oil and seasoning on the vegetables, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 111 determine a browning of a lower surface of the vegetables on the plate 105 , and a telescopic gripper 112 to flip the vegetables for a uniform cooking.
