Abstract: A vegetable grating assistive device, comprises of cylindrical body 101 positioned on a fixed surface, having a mouth portion configured with a circular frame 102, circular frame 102 is installed with multiple grating blades 103 of different pores sizes, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 for detecting exact location of the user, a motorized slider 105 configured between the body 101 and frame 102 for translating the frame 102 in a manner to position the user-defined type of grating blade towards the user to allow the user to grate different vegetables, and multiple extendable plates 106 installed within the body 101 to extend via a drawer arrangement 107 for forming compartments in a successive manner to allow storage of grated vegetables in segregated manner, and multiple motorized hinges 108 for folding the plates 106 towards each other to allow the user to collect the grated vegetables from the body 101.
