Abstract: A valve assembly (100) comprises a main body (1), a connecting conduit (2) to a container, a dispensing element (3) comprising a dispensing conduit (30), a filling port (31) and a control device (4) configured to open and close a passage (5) between the connecting conduit and the dispensing element. The dispensing element comprises an anti-filling device (6) which is configured in such a way as to close said passage when a pressure below a predetermined value acts on a first operating surface (61) and atmospheric pressure acts on a second operating surface (62), and to open the passage when one of the following conditions occurs: a pressure greater than or equal to said predetermined value acts on the first operating surface; a pressure less than the predetermined value acts on the first operating surface; and a pressure less than atmospheric pressure acts on the second operating surface.
